Managing Partner
El-Bushra Abdelhamid

Counselor El-Bushra Abdelhamid obtained his bachelor’s degree in law with honors from the Faculty of Law at the University of Khartoum, followed by a Master’s degree in International Arbitration from a global college in the United Kingdom.

After graduation, he worked in the Labor Inspection Department at the Sudanese Labor Authority, under the Ministry of Service and Administrative Reform, focusing on the application of labor laws. He later served as a judge in the Judicial Authority and joined the law firm of Adham & Abu Rish as a partner, working in their offices in Khartoum, the Arab Republic of Yemen, and the Sultanate of Oman.

In 1983, Counselor Al-Bushra Abdelhamid immigrated to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he worked as a legal advisor and director of legal departments for major companies and institutions for over thirty years, including:

• Legal advisor to the Saudi Public Transport Company (SAPTCO) in Riyadh.

• Senior legal advisor and director of the legal department at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre, which is affiliated with the Royal Court in Riyadh.

• Director of the legal and governance department and Secretary of the Board of Directors for Al-Majdouie Group of Companies in the Eastern Province, which consists of several companies operating in logistics, steel industries, food production, automobile agencies, real estate investments, and financing. The group also has extensive partnerships with various joint ventures in the Gulf, the Middle East, the United States, Europe, and the Far East.

Throughout his extensive career in the legal field, Counselor Al-Bushra Abdelhamid has gained wide-ranging legal and administrative experience covering commercial and business sectors at both local and global levels.
